1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Reply.la collects, uses, processes, and protects user data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and Google API User Data Policy.

2. Data We Access

Reply.la may access the following data only with explicit user authorization:

• Google Calendar data (read/write) on the single calendar you select
• Google Sheets data (read/write)
• Google Contacts data
• Automation-related metadata (timestamps, triggers, execution logs)

Google Calendar

With your authorisation, Reply.la accesses the single Google Calendar you select during setup. We read event start and end times, title, status, description, location, and attendee email addresses in order to check availability. We create, reschedule, and cancel events on that calendar when your customer books an appointment through a WhatsApp conversation with your AI assistant.

We do not access any other calendar in your account, do not modify calendar sharing settings or permissions, and do not create or delete calendars.

Google Drive

Reply.la accesses only the specific spreadsheet files you select or that the Service creates on your behalf. We cannot see any other file in your Google Drive.

We do not access emails, files, or unrelated personal data.

3. Purpose of Data Usage

User data is used solely for:

• Executing automation workflows initiated by users
• Syncing, reading, writing, or updating records as instructed
• Enabling core Service functionality

Data is never used for advertising, profiling, resale, or analytics beyond Service operation.

4. Data Sharing

• Reply.la does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
• Reply.la does not transfer data outside authorized automation flows.
• Reply.la only communicates with third-party APIs strictly as required to perform user-initiated actions.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Data is processed securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• Reply.la stores only the minimum data required for functionality.
• Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Account settings.

6. Google API Compliance

Reply.la fully complies with:

• Google API Services User Data Policy
• Limited Use requirements

User data obtained through Google APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

7. Data Retention

• Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service.
• Upon account termination, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless legally required otherwise.

Google Calendar event data is read at the time a customer message is processed and is used only to compose that reply. We do not maintain a separate copy of your calendar.

8. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Request data deletion
• Revoke API access
• Cancel subscription

Reply.la is an automation tool only. Users are fully responsible for the data they connect, automate, or distribute using the Service.
