Role Management

Give staff and clients only what they need.

Add your staff or clients, then give each role only the functions it needs. A staff member can see and reply in the Inbox without ever seeing your chatbot settings.

Permissions

Tick what a role can do. Everything else disappears.

Permissions are grouped like your sidebar: Inbox, Chatbots, Devices, Contacts, CRM, Files, Templates, Blaster, Integrations and Organization. Untick one and that part of the dashboard drops out of that person's menu.

  • View, create, edit, delete

Chatbots, devices and contacts each split into view, create, edit and delete. Files, templates and Blaster have their own ticks, and the Inbox is view and send.

  • Hidden, and blocked too

Without the Inbox permission, the Inbox leaves that person's menu and refuses to open, even from a direct link.

  • The owner always has everything

Owners skip every permission check, so no role can lock you out. Inviting people, changing roles and deactivating members stay with the owner.

Staff

Reply in the Inbox. Never touch the chatbot.

Give your Staff role Inbox and Templates access and nothing more. Your team answers customers all day and never sees your chatbot prompt, your WhatsApp devices or your integrations.

  • Built in: Inbox Only

A ready-made role with exactly this: view inbox, send messages, view contacts, see the contacts board, view and send templates. Use it as is, or create your own role with the same ticks.

  • Pause the AI, not the setup

Staff with Inbox access can pause and resume the AI on a single chat. Changing what the AI says needs Chatbots > Edit.

  • Members can't delete chatbots

Even the built-in Member role can create and edit chatbots but not delete them. Only you decide who can.

Clients and agencies

Let a client look. Keep the setup yours.

Running WhatsApp for clients? Invite them with a Client role that shows contacts and the CRM board, and keeps chatbots, devices, blasts and integrations out of their menu. Remove their access when the job ends.

The CRM board is a Business plan feature.

  • Invite by email with a role attached

They get an email invitation and join with exactly that role. Pending invitations can be resent or cancelled.

  • Change or remove later

Switch someone from Client to Staff, or deactivate them, from the Members list. Deactivated members lose access to your organization.

  • One seat per active member

Every active member, you included, uses one seat from your plan. Add seats when your team grows.

Grow your team without giving away the keys

Create a role, tick what it can access, and invite your staff or clients.

Role Management is included in every plan. Each active member uses one seat.
