Your assistant finds the customer, reads the conversation and drafts a reply. It checks the wording with you before sending, and the message shows up in your Inbox like any other.
Reads before it writes
It pulls the latest messages with that customer and tells you who said what: the customer, your chatbot, a teammate or the system.
Respects the 24-hour window
If the customer hasn't messaged in 24 hours, a free-form reply is refused. Your assistant can send one of your approved templates instead.
Checks with you first
Every sending tool tells the assistant to confirm the recipient and the wording with you. Keep it on view only if you just want it to look.
Access
View only by default. You turn on the rest.
Choose view, edit or send for Contacts, Templates, Messaging, Devices and Chatbot when you connect, then confirm it on the approval screen. Change or revoke it any time.
One person, one organization
Each connection belongs to the person who approved it and to one organization. It has no way to reach another organization's data.
Never more than the person has
A teammate's agent is capped by their own role. If they can't delete contacts in the dashboard, their agent can't either.
Owner connects, anyone can disconnect
Only the owner can connect a new agent, unless they give that permission to a role. Anyone can disconnect their own agent at any time.
Chatbot
A second pair of eyes on your chatbot.
Your assistant can read a chatbot's setup, rehearse it in the Playground and save improvements to the draft. Nothing goes live until you publish it from the dashboard.
Draft only, never live
Edits go to the draft. It can't publish, and it can't change which AI model your chatbot uses.
Rehearse in the Playground
It runs your real chatbot in the same Playground you use. No customer receives anything, and rehearsals use your AI tokens.
